After neglecting this little space for quite some time, I decided to revive it again (:
This where I will post about books I read, things I baked, and maybe, occasionally, exercise if I get any (I really need to exercise). Comments are most welcomed. <3

Today was the start of my holidays, and what better way to celebrate by making cookies? :D
I got the recipe from here, and I did not make any modifications except for converting all the measurements in cups to grams.
This is how it turned out:

Yes, I am well aware of the fact that it does not look very appetising, and the oats are do not show up as nicely as the ones from the website which I gotten it from, but I think that's because I used instant oat (had to get rid of the big pack sitting down there which no one wants to eat).
Personally I found the cookies too sweet, but my brother and dad thought the sweetness was alright for cookies, while my mum commented that the more you ate the nicer it was XD.
Things to take note of if you want to try this recipe for yourself - when it boils the mixture suddenly increases in volume, so make sure your pot is big enough. In addition, try to be quick when forming to the cookies to leave it to cool on the baking paper - if you're too slow like me the ones towards the end in the pot would have cooled somewhat and make it rather hard to form it into a cookie shape.
